Soil: Old vines (55-90 years old) in silty clay soil

Winemaking: The low yield of these old vines gives the grapes a heightened sugar content and rich maturity. Harvested solely by hand, this wine is produced respecting the Beaujolais traditional methods. Long maceration of the entire bunches of grapes is carried out, which encourages the release of aromas, the colour and tannins.

Palate: A predominantly rich fruity nose. This wine is seductive with its surprising complexity of intense red fruits aromas (cherry, blackcurrant, raspberry) combined with soft silky tannins.
